We foster that experience by crafting artful, unique, and delicious Grazing Tables and Cheese Boards that provide an unforgettable alternative to traditional catering. About Me
Hello! My name is Esmeralda "Ezzie' Diaz, born in Fallbrook, Ca and raised in sunny San Diego. Hunny & Thyme was started in late November 2021 with just an idea and lots of will, while snacking and making boards for my family and friends. Nurturing my family and friends comes natural to me, maybe it’s my upbringing, oldest of 3 and only girl, or maybe it’s the mother in me, either way, it is so rewarding to see all of you enjoy my delicious blissful creations!
Hunny & Thyme is driven by two things; amazing food and sharing it with great people. We let food be the centerpiece in gathering people together to celebrate and entertain for all occasions. Our passion is for crafting eye-catching platters that can make any occasion magnificent, gather people together, and to make your event truly one of a kind! We enhance your charcuterie experience with quality selections of pasteurized cheeses and fresh cured meats which are sure to give you that savory unforgettable flavor all in one bite! Whether your occasion is a bridal shower, baby shower, a wedding, a corporate function, holiday, or a birthday party, there is the perfect board or grazing table for you!

GRAZING TABLE EVENTS
Feeding a group of 30 or more and looking for that Wow factor? Whether it be weddings, meetings, conferences, or large scale seminars/events our grazing tables are the perfect choice. Grazing tables are a beautiful, highly stylized, food feature for large gatherings. Set up on site and hand crafted to fit your specific needs and occasion, our grazers are jam packed with flavor and value. We have a (4) different types, we have a Brunch, Lunch and Dinner set up to choose from. We also have an elegant charcuterie items only Flat Lay (non elevated)
